We LOVE to practise Mindfulness in 5/6S! It is an effective way to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, enhance emotional intelligence and it also assists in handling your thoughts and feelings. At the moment we are using the smiling minds website to complete our mindfulness sessions and for some of us, it's tricky but we are getting better!
